Resumen
Talking about conflict in schools allows us to glimpse the identity, ideological, and political differences that can arise in the classroom. That's why some teachers, either by order of the institutions or by their own conviction, choose not to talk about the conflict or seek other strategies to address it without delving deeper into the topic. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to create a picture book for children and young people in Colombia, designed from the perspective of otherness, memory, legacy, and pedagogical practices. This will be done in collaboration with the residents of the Alaska village, located in the Valle del Cauca region, based on the experience of the victimizing event that occurred in 2001 and the subsequent construction efforts initiated by five women social leaders. The book will also showcase the results achieved until present day.
