This research work reflects a proposal for the collective construction of teaching strategies, among the teachers of the Colegio Bethlemitas Norte, in favor of developing the principles of Inclusive Education. This responds to needs and concerns that emerge from the researcher from the role of manager, since the Institution currently has two students who belong to the Inclusion program and before 2018 no management was identified, apart from the recommendations issued from the school guidance department. Under a qualitative, purposeful methodology, focused on action research, a reflective and co-construction work was carried out, through the implementation and analysis of a questionnaire (Likert scale) and six co-construction sessions with the focal group of teachers who belong to the area of Natural Sciences, as a research technique. It is important to highlight the use of the MAXQDA 2020 ® program, for the systematization and analysis of the six sessions. Finally, it is worth highlighting the transcendence of this research work compared to the results obtained, as six teaching strategies were co-constructed, in light of some principles of inclusive education, where understanding is strengthened, the various forms of teaching are strengthened. communication, the participation and empowerment of students and parents is possible and cognitive, emotional and social learning environments are favored. The impact of the proposal on the resignification of the PEI and the Coexistence Manual for the year 2021 is also noteworthy.
