Resumen
The present work was carried out in the El Oasis residential complex, the horizontal property is located south of the City of Bogotá, in the Ensueño neighborhood of the town of Ciudad Bolívar. The sector where the residential unit is located is stratum 3. The El Oasis residential park has a total area of 6267.65 m2, it consists of a total of 336 apartments distributed in three towers of 12 floors each distributed in Tower 2 and 3 with 8 apartments per floor and Tower 1 with 12 apartments per floor. The essential Commons are made up of the area of the stairs, the corridors, accesses such as pedestrian paths and green areas. The non-essential common goods are the swimming pool for adults and children, the gym, social room and children's recreation room that currently operates as a mini-market, children's games, bicycle rack, administration office, workers room, technical rooms - two for each floor where they locate the networks of public services and water and gas meters, porter with waiting room, garbage room and parking. The Residential complex has an electric fence around the property, two elevators for each tower for a total of 6 elevators, exterior and interior lights. The previous description allows identifying the residential complex under study as relevant for the development of this work due to its large number of housing units, its stratification and large amount of common goods that leads to the consumption of electricity by its residents, a cost that It is assumed through the payment of the Administration Fee by all the inhabitants of the complex. The following document is a proposal for the implementation of a photovoltaic system in the El Oasis residential complex with the aim of seeking energy savings in common areas of the co-ownership, to begin with the identification of the problem is carried out and several alternatives are proposed, followed From a market analysis using secondary and primary information, the materials necessary for the product are calculated, the process design and environmental impact analysis are proposed, legal aspects that apply to this initiative are identified, and finally the financial analysis of the project that contemplates the necessary investment and operating costs.
