Resumen
Cultural and creative industries are a fundamental part of the economy, especially within the framework of sustainable development. These industries not only contribute significantly to economic growth, but also have a positive impact on different sectors, strengthening heritage and cultural practices. The project aims to formulate a multiple regression econometric model to evaluate the allocation level of resources for the cultural sector in Colombia (referred to as MERMARSC) through the use of econometric analysis. This model seeks to provide solutions for the management of different types of projects in the cultural sector. To carry out this analysis, an econometric data model was applied. This approach was based on indicators and technical data from the cultural and creative sector ecosystem between 2014 and 2019, provided by the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE, 2022). Through this analysis, results were obtained that highlight the centralization of resources at the regional level, emphasizing the variety of categories and the rising trends in cultural sectors such as audiovisual and theater. These correlations are crucial to understanding current dynamics and for designing strategies that promote a more balanced and equitable development in the cultural field.
