Abstract

Parkour over the years has evolved, which began as a discipline that was carried out in the streets of France between colleagues and friends, promoting being strong to be useful, today it is a practice that is developed in all parts of the world seen in action scenes in movies, in recreational encounters everywhere and even recognized competitions such as those that Red Bull has achieved with the "best" practitioners in the world increasingly visualizing the discipline to the point of having recognition before the FIG and discussions on the subject. Therefore, this research with a mixed approach and descriptive scope aims to explore and describe the state of knowledge of parkour in relation to human development. Therefore, through the Dexplost methodology, the study phenomenon was preceded.
