Resumen
The resources implemented in the classroom allow a better understanding of the concepts addressed in them, due to the multiple semiotic representations that they can offer. However, it is essential that teachers know the tools, properties and the possible scope of the resource and, at the same time, know how to manage and instruct in such a way that the interaction with the resource is efficient and enjoyable. This paper aims to study some instrumental and cognitive effects of digital Cuisenaire strips in the development of initial unitization processes, framed in the additive and multiplicative structure.
By means of a characterization exercise we want to carry out a contrast of the different scopes, instrumental and conceptual effects that can have the instrumental and conceptual effects that digital power strips can have in relation to physical power strips. physical power strips. We propose a design adapted from the activity proposed by Martínez et al. (2018) with physical strips to be addressed with digital strips. Finally, some advantages and disadvantages of digital power strips are mentioned, taking into account the environment, their characteristics and properties.
