Abstract

The internship work describes the support provided to citizens in addressing environmental concerns and requests from the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development. This support is offered through in-person assistance at citizen service points, guidance on environmental procedures and inquiries, as well as information and assistance via WhatsApp and phone. It also mentions the use of databases to track and manage requests and administrative processes.Furthermore, the text discusses the selective collection of relevant knowledge areas, especially in the field of sanitary engineering, to analyze the sanitation issues raised in requests to the Ministry. The goal is to evaluate these challenges in detail and from the perspective of citizen oversight, NGOs, and other environmental control entities. It also emphasizes the identification of current environmental regulations related to environmental sanitation, such as Clean Development Mechanisms, post-consumer programs, and payments for environmental services.
