Caracterización espacial de construcciones en ocupación ilegal dentro de franjas de servidumbre eléctrica: estudio de caso franja Sabana Termo, propiedad de ISA Intercolombia, Cartagena de Indias - Colombia

Abstract

The spatial and population identification of constructions within the Sabana Termo Servitude Zone is carried out in order to determine the population at potential risk and those not complying with the regulations stipulated in the RETIE (Technical Regulation of Electrical Installations), so that subsequently, ISA Intercolombia through Konfirma S.A.S. can conduct educational activities with this population. It is necessary for the inhabitants of this area to understand that they are putting their lives at risk and voluntarily want to vacate. Through the characterization of the constructions and their owners, it will be possible to identify the reasons why people have decided to build their homes in this location and to capture the information in a geographic database, which will serve as input to ISA for implementing preventive actions in other servitudes owned by them and to prevent this phenomenon of illegal occupation from occurring elsewhere.
