Resumen
The specialization in appraisals offers the labor world competent and up-to-date professionals in research and knowledge in appraisal activities, responding to the requirements and needs in significant areas of economic and financial activity that contribute to the exploration, progress and application of new methodologies. In addition, the program allows covering the national territory with graduates who work in real estate exchanges, cadastral offices, the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute (IGAC), courts and other State entities in the process of acquiring land and cadastral issues. Consequently, the characterization of the graduates of the Specialization in Appraisals of the Francisco José De Caldas District University contemplates the position that the graduates of the Postgraduate Program currently occupy at the labor level, in which areas they are working, what are the salary ranges, what academic needs they currently have and if the Specialization was useful for their working life, among others. This characterization is carried out as a complement to the Renewal of the qualified registry; The aim of this is to create a space for reflection on the Specialization, where its advantages, strengths and proposals for improvement are fully identified, considering the needs of the students and teachers of the program, creating channels of connection and strengthening teamwork for the satisfaction and success of the new graduates. Finally, in the statistics, it is observed that 64% of the Graduates did not have unemployment in an annual period, 63% are satisfied with the Specialization and would recommend it at a medium level, close to 60% work in the public sector with a contract for the provision of services earning a monthly salary between 5 and 8 million pesos in their majority.
