Resumen
The present review takes as a primary source for the writing exercise the basic bibliography that was given in the development of the seminar "Building emotions and affectivity in early childhood". In its initial part we talk about the different definitions considered about emotions and then we get an idea of what is the influence of these on the social development of individuals. Following this will present some of the capabilities of these emotions by the author Daniel Goleman who defines them as important ingredients for better emotional management. These account for how everything depends on the type of interaction one has with the other, and also on the social framework in which the individual referent of these emotions was constructed and how this influences the social response that is given to phenomena such as stress, violence, physical and mental abuse etc .. In the end it reflects on the importance of growing in an environment that allows the proper recognition of emotions and that allows the emergence of bonds of trust between adults and children for a healthy development emotional. Likewise, this work seeks to consolidate key concepts to conduct dialogue exercises between the theoretical postulates that are presented in the text and realities in different popular contexts (such as working with people who lived in the area that was known as the sector). of the Bronx in the center of the city) in which affectivity and emotions are built for an early childhood that grows in areas where different types of violence have had a high impact.
