Resumen
The megaproject for the expansion and optimization of the PTAR (Wastewater Treatment Plant) Salitre PTAR seeks to decontaminate the Bogotá river to a greater percentage and optimize the existing PTAR, all based on a series of decanter filters and biological reactors, which will allow Obtain the resulting sludge from the decontaminated waters to be treated and by means of anaerobic substances obtain the gas to pass a cogeneration process, from which electricity is generated to supply content of up to 40% of the consumption of the PTAR. During the internship, the supervision of the installation of control and power wiring for low voltage networks of the PTAR salitre corresponding to the company REDELEC Ingeniería S.A.S was carried out; Performing step-by-step the wiring installation process for the RAS and WAS pumps corresponding to the RASWAS 3 and RASWAS 1 buildings, the installation of wiring of the decanter tanks together with the pumping stations and the installation of modbus and profibus wiring for the instrumentation (pressure sensors, profiHub, LIT); Alternately, the connection of 3 MVA transformers that feed the CCM5 (Motor Control Center) was carried out and finally the insulation tests of the laid wiring were carried out to verify the correct operation of the installation and the subsequent delivery to the CEPS consortium.
