Apoyo y fortalecimiento del proceso de licitaciones y desarrollo de proyectos en la empresa R&R KELAB SAS

Abstract

The company R&R Knowledge, Engineering & Lab SAS is a consulting firm which is in charge of providing services in different environmental aspects, one of its areas is the water and hydraulic sector, in this area it is mainly responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of grease traps , wells and drinking and waste water treatment systems, these services are provided both to the public sector (by submitting to bidding processes of the different public entities at the national level through SECOP I and SECOP II) and to the private sector. For the strengthening and support of the projects and bidding processes, some activities were carried out, such as updating the RUP, which is a necessary instrument for participation in the SECOP II platform and sometimes also in SECOP I, strategic allies, suppliers were sought, and know the firm by different means, this in order to obtain the necessary requirements and recognition to be able to participate in these processes and be a competent firm in the market.
