Conceptualización de un Sistema de Información Geográfica (SIG) para análisis de Proyectos Ambientales Escolares (PRAE) en Bogotá, Distrito Capital, 2005-2016.

This work contributes to the first stage of the methodology of development of a Geographic Information System -GIS- with the creation of a conceptual model, which is part of the conceptualization stage of GIS projects, becoming a mold for the analysis of characteristics or fundamental criteria of the environmental experiences in the city of Bogotá DC, specifically the School Environmental Projects -PRAE- between the years 2005 and 2016. In the first place, a review of different web platforms was carried out that revealed the need to create an open platform in which specialized users could analyze and contribute to the study of the PRAE in order to contribute to future decision making. Then, a documentary sweep was made that allowed to obtain the fundamental characteristics of PRAE and the frequency the following documents were presented: Decree 1743 of 1994, the National Policy of Environmental Education, the District Policy of Environmental Education and the report of the Jardín Botánico of Bogota. These characteristics were classified into three components of environmental education: contextual, conceptual and methodological. The previous steps allowed the creation of a conceptual model in which the classes and attributes that the GIS should have for a deeper analysis in the future were determined, focusing on one of the three components of environmental education achieved.
