Optimización de los procesos valuatorios en Ingeniería Legal en el marco de los servicios contratados por el Banco Agrario mediante la implementación de herramientas de software de Microsoft Power Platform

Abstract

The objective of this internship is to contribute to the strengthening of operational efficiency and data management in Legal Engineering, through participation in the design, selection and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform software tools. These tools focused on optimizing processes and providing technical support in appraisals based on the operation framed by the contract with Banco Agrario, considering the great importance that coordination of appraisal services has for businesses in general and as a focus of the project. . After the implementation of the development of the optimization tools, data was collected over a period of eight months, comparing the four months before and after the implementation of the optimization processes, these being applied to a total of 177 appraisals and the results were evaluated. qualitatively using the compliance indicators established by the contractual relationship. The main results show that operational efficiency increased from 18% to 76%, thanks to improvements in document management and customer support. Implementing automated controls in Power Apps increased the accuracy and quality of data in reports. In addition, the use of Power BI has optimized traceability and data management, significantly improving the timeliness and execution indicators of the appraisals.
