Resumen
Cundinamarca is a leading department in the production of vegetables; 20% of the hectares destined for vegetable cultivation are located there and it accounts for 18% of the total vegetables produced. The consumption rate shows the importance of maintaining and innovating in processes that promote continuous improvement and the use of new technologies to keep the cultivation processes at the forefront. The lack of knowledge on the part of the grower of the links in the value chain and the actors involved prevents him from knowing what happens to his product after it is marketed and also makes it impossible for him to identify the failures that affect it in order to subsequently apply improvements to promote his work. The purpose of this document is to address the problems associated with this lack of knowledge of the value chain, focusing on the production conditions of the Association of Rural Women of the Municipality of Mosquera (Asomurum).
