Resumen
The Culture Ministery taking into account the National Musical plan for convivence, carried out the Musical Initiation diploma course in about 500 towns in the country. The internship done as a graduation requerement, had as a main goal to systematize the activities developed during the diploma course in Medellín (Antioquia), where the participants were 36 teachers from the musical formation schools at Andina's northwest region. During the first stage of this report, you can find the introduction where the proyect's rationale, objectives, and the methodology used for the systematization are presented. In the second stage the referential framework is presented where the principles, senses and formative axes are explained which are part of the Culture Ministery's guidelines of musical initiation. The third part refers to the methodology from the previous meatings where the guidelines, the regional intern's field work and the activities systematization were designed. The diploma course contextual aspects and its results obtained from observation and analysis of the activities are exposed in the fourth part of the project. Finally, the conclusions about the Musical Initiation conceptions, the intersubjectives relations and the use of materials and the diploma course repertories are mentroned.
