Abstract

The "Voces y Regiones" program, broadcast on Arjona Estéreo and supported by the Ministry of the Interior, addressed the topic of justice in Colombia, highlighting the challenges within the judicial system and its historical evolution. The guest, Orlando Ramos Esalas, analyzed the structure of the Rule of Law in the country, explaining how justice is regulated by the 1991 Constitution and the laws governing judicial administration.

During the interview, key principles of justice were discussed, including the right to defense, access to justice, judicial independence, and the speed of legal proceedings.
