| dc.description.abstract | The image contains news about the creation of an Institute of Fine Arts in Bogotá, according to Law 67 of September 11. This institute will consist of schools of drawing and engraving, architecture (called the "Arrubla School"), painting ("Vásquez School"), and music ("Guarin School").
