Abstract

The Research Group on Housing of Social Interest and Habitat, is focused on the improvement of environment, basic infrastructure, construction technologies in SIH (social interest housing) and risk prevention. To fulfill its functions, the department has commissioned a project to analyze housing in the field through the collection of data such as the location of the house, photographic record, detailed reports of the state and constitution of the structure, pathologies of the property, analysis of the sectors and their degree of vulnerability to unstable lands, basic geotechnical studies such as horizontal displacement of slopes, among others, and reports to entities. To reduce the times in the handling of the information and to accelerate the process of data capture, the project has been focused on the design and development of a digital assistance tool, with the compilation of the required data in a form that maintains the parameters already established in the formats designed for the study and analysis of housing risk, storing the information in a database with remote access for editing and export.
