This work is developed within the framework of the qualitative ethnographic approach, class action research; The objective of this study is to study the teaching practice of people working in initial education in the Association of Rural and Urban Volunteers (ASIVRU), in the fifth town of Usme, a group to which I belong since 2009. The objective of the work is to investigate one of our main problems in relation to the emerging need for teacher training, with respect to early childhood activities: art, play, literature and exploration of the medium; likewise, the theoretical-practical integration for all the group of teachers in relevant concepts in the development of the teaching practice that makes possible the integration of the transversal way in the pedagogical practice of the different artistic languages in each one of the experiences to the community; In addition, the document collects the historical data of the association, as well as the community development processes that have been carried out since 2015, year in which the child development program in the family environment (DIMF) is launched, which in its Once part of the policies implemented from the zero strategy in favor of the national government of Colombia, this program offers advice and support from the moment of the gestation of the children, their families and caregivers. ASIVRU has historically been the operator of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF), which provides the largest coverage in the fifth location, which currently serves 1,350 families. Thanks to the research method implemented, a report is documented close to this human group, the document deals with the analysis of our main results related to the impact of the work done and its impact on the social change of the communities where we reside and work.
