Abstract

The development of the nation has calculated through the main and secondary road infrastructure allowing progress to the population, connecting efficiently and safely. The generation and improvement of the country's road system has been progressively developed, allowing municipalities to benefit from road projects developed by the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) through concessions for public private partnerships (PPPs). The land management is one of the main pillars of the development of the road infrastructure construction which helps to identify the properties that are affected by the work, which lies in determining what and how much land is needed for the execution of the work, in addition to analyzing the socio-economic variables that affect the population and the benefit that could be generated, determining the value of the land or the part of it that will be the object of acquisition.
