Resumen
Territorial planning and ordering are essential tools for municipalities since all sectors are involved: the economic, the social, the political, the technological, and the environmental. This process is dynamic and highly complex. In accordance with Law 388 of 1997, the Regional Autonomous Corporations must provide technical assistance to the municipalities in the formulation of the Territorial Ordering Plans - POT (PBOT, EOT and POT) that are in their jurisdiction, likewise, and of In accordance with article 24 of the same Law, the project of these plans will be submitted to the consideration of the corresponding environmental authority, for its approval in what concerns exclusively environmental matters. (Law 388 of 1997). On the other hand, with Law 1931 of 2018 "By which guidelines are established for the Management of Climate Change", in article 9, it is established that the municipal and district authorities must incorporate within their Development Plans and Management Plans Territorial climate change management. Likewise, they may incorporate this issue in other planning instruments available to the respective territorial entity. Additionally, the country has a National Climate Change Policy, which guides territorial strategies towards low-carbon and climate-resilient rural and urban development, among others. Based on the foregoing, in the development of this internship it is intended from the climate change group to provide elements, to the municipalities of the CAR jurisdiction, to strengthen knowledge by moving from theory to practice in the articulation of Climate Change Management. Climate Change in Territorial Planning, such as support in the process of reviewing and updating the vulnerability analysis, climate change adaptation and mitigation actions within the framework of the territorial planning instruments of the CAR jurisdiction. To meet this objective, different activities established by the entity will be carried out and with which it is expected to obtain different strategic documents for their application as a result of the work carried out during the time allocated for the development of the internship.
