Resumen
The secondhand oils of kitchen to sorrow that there is no clarity on his character and classification of dangerousness, are an object of pollution of soils, water sources, the air and in turn they affect the human health, preventing the oxygenation of the water sources. The present study of case, I observe the practices of final disposition that the owners of the positions of food of the square of Sogamoso's market "SOGABASTOS", give to the oil after the fritter of the food and he proposes a route of disposition adapted as strategy to generate changes in the method of disposition that the generators give to the residue, for it there was realized a tracking of the national regulations with regard to the managing of the secondhand kitchen oils, there consulted measures of suitable disposition implemented in other countries as well as the types of containers and which of them are adapted for the analyzed place. This study of case participant developed under the ethnographic method and the methodological strategy observation, applying the counterfoil reason - effect for the analysis of effects generated to the environmental factors for the current disposition of the residue of oil.
