Abstract

The request is made to repair the damaged areas to guarantee a constant and safe transit, pointing out that the deterioration affects both the trams and the freight vehicles. The manager responds that the company works continuously in maintenance, but faces challenges such as the intractability of certain areas and climatic problems, highlighting the need for support from other responsible actors. Also observed in said documents is the annotation of clause N. 3, of the contract that was made in the year 1886, where it was committed to keep the tracks in good condition. Therefore, if after 40 days, the repair of the tracks has not been carried out satisfactorily, it will be understood that the requests that have been repeatedly requested have not been met.
