Estado del arte de la metodología BIM en la infraestructura de Colombia

Abstract

The objective of this document is the documentary analysis found from different sources at the national level, which will serve as a guide to know how the BIM methodology has been implemented in recent years in an infrastructure executed in Colombia, due to the application of this methodology in our country has focused mainly on vertical constructions, it is important to know what advances have been made or are being carried out in the infrastructure of Colombia. Through the preparation of this document, we will have a broader vision of the current state in which the country is with this methodology, as well as its evolution and where it is going, and we will find the benefits that we could obtain through the implementation of BIM in the construction of an infrastructure from the initial stage to the completion of the work. For the development of this project the phases will be distributed as follows: initially a literary search and research will be carried out with the support of documents, articles, theses and standards that cover the BIM methodology implemented in an infrastructure, then each document will be analyzed in order to conclude which ones are the possible advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
