Diseño de una herramienta de Gestión Predictiva de Incidentes en una red de Telecomunicaciones

Abstract

This project presents the design of a predictive management tool for incidents in telecommunication networks, focusing on power and control equipment such as electric plants and rectifiers. The solution integrates Zabbix and Grafana for monitoring and visualization of critical metrics, while a time series model based on Prophet enables predictive analysis to anticipate failures. Collected data is stored in a MySQL database and processed to generate forecasts and early alerts, supporting proactive decision-making. The results demonstrate successful system integration, functional predictions, and advanced visualizations that improve network availability, reduce operational costs, and strengthen preventive management in critical telecommunication infrastructures.
