Formulación y análisis de viabilidad económica del sistema de gestión ambiental para la empresa de productos plásticos Polideg S.A.S. bajo los lineamientos de la Norma Técnica Colombiana ISO 14001:2015.

Abstract

This monograph describes the design of the environmental management system based on the guidelines of the NTC ISO 14001:2015 for the plastic products company Polideg S.A.S and respective analysis of the viability of the project. The design of the management system was carried out in four phases each of them has the documents, arrays, records and procedures that will make part of the later implementation of the system. The first phase includes the diagnosis or initial environmental review in accordance with the GTC 93, the second phase includes the analysis of the collected information including the matrix development of impacts identification, the matrix of legal compliance, the addressing strategic DOFA matrixes and their parent quantifier MEFE and MEFI. The third phase comprises the planning of the system which includes the scope, environmental policy, objectives, goals and programs, and the final phase which includes the development of documentation that supports each system procedure, the economic feasibility analysis which makes use of the cost-benefit analysis and incremental cash flows whereas the net benefits of the project manifested as savings in the costs of operation and production and finally a series of guidelines and implementation strategies are formulated.
