This document presents the investigative work carried out throughout 2019 and 2020, which aims to address the problem question: How to promote dialogue and reflection around personal or collective experiences for recognition of diversity, through art? For this, an exhaustive investigation is carried out, contrasting the theoretical contributions of different authors, with the pedagogical practice carried out in the Michin foundation. There, the contributions, opinions, ideas and experiences of adolescents around the recognition of diversity become evident, through reflective dialogue. In this way, the research project tries to offer a new perspective in which dialogue, reflection and diversity are essential in the training processes, thus allowing them to strengthen inter and intrapersonal relationships, understanding the world that surrounds them through recognition of diversity, while building and forging reflective thinking based on their personal and collective experiences. Finally, art and its different artistic languages are taken into account to allow adolescents to express their ideas and thoughts, so that the experiences are more meaningful, and likewise the participation is more active during the encounters with the group. In this way, the research project provides a proposal for the recognition of diversity to be worked on in different school spaces, taking into account the words of children and adolescents and thus there is a reflection around diversity.
