Abstract

Madrid Cundinamarca is a town that nowadays modernizes day after day to improve the quality of life of his habitants. As result of this improvement and the expansion of the sheet of Bogota there has been increased the activity of construction and remodeling of buildings, which generate great quantity of special residues called rubbles, which are handled of form irregular and arranged in places that in most cases do not rely on the permissions that they should endorse this receipt, and consequently without any type of managing, since they it are bordering paths, parks, shores of the rivers, between others, generating impacts to the health, to the landscape, to the public space to the economy and to the environment of the town. In some cases these residues are taken to authorized dumps, but some of these do not possess the necessary aptitude to satisfy the demand, for this it is necessary to have a guide for the management of these residues for this way to guarantee the management realized to these residues so that there diminish the quantities that are generated and that are provoking environmental problems the municipality.
