This investigation details the development of an organizational climate in the administrative area at the Institución Universitaria Colombo Americana – UNICA. In order to carry out this research, a survey was designed. It integrates the organization climate dimensions of cohesion and communication, recognition, autonomy, direction style, resources and physical conditions, pressure, compensation and sense of belonging; stated by Brown and Leigh (1996) 20, Gómez and Correa (2011) 21, Tapias (2014) 22, Chiang and others (2008) 23 . This survey was taken by the administrative staff and teachers at UNICA. The data collected was analyzed by consulting the works of several representative authors and researchers in the subject area. The results of the investigation conclude that the organizational climate of UNICA is favorable, based on the responses of agreement and total agreement in the measuring instrument, in which the percentage distribution is: cohesion and communication 93,8%, recognition 93,8%, autonomy 93.8%, direction style 95,8%, resources and physical conditions 80,0%, pressure 78,8%, compensation 71,8% y sense of belonging 83,7%.
