Resumen
The research presents a report on a study on the characterization of the concepts with regard to the teaching and learning of proportionality that have students who began their studies in the LEBEM between the half 2009-1 and 2010-3; it is taken as a reference theoretical and conceptual perspectives developed by Ruiz (1994), and Ponte (1994). At the same time, this work has a methodology framed in a qualitative approach toward the realization of a descriptive-interpretative conceptions as one of the aspects that makes up the DKC (didactic knowledge content), from a qualitative analysis according to common tools that presented two techniques of documentary research: the Qualitative content analysis (QCA) and the Grounded Theory in the Data (GTD) proposed by Abella (2003) and Glaser & Strauss, cited by Vasilachis (2006) respectively.
