Contribución a la actualización del Sistema Integrado de Gestión – SGI del Instituto de Planificación y Promoción de Soluciones Energéticas para las Zonas No Interconectadas – IPSE, en consideración con los lineamientos del Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión - MIPG

Abstract

The purpose of the report is to evidence a documentary contribution to the update of the Integrated Management System of the Institute for Planning and Promotion of Energy Solutions for Non-Interconnected Areas - IPSE, according to the guidelines established in the Integrated Model of Planning and Management - MIPG, in such a way that IPSE's environmental management is directed in seven respective dimensions that meet the development plans and improve the integral management of the entity. In the first instance, the methodology of documentary recognition of IPSE's Environmental Policy and its Integrated Management System as well as the Institutional Environmental Programs that compose it is addressed, emphasizing the latter, with a detailed review in the framework of validity, updating, compliance and opportunities for improvement from the competence of the Control Group, obtaining from this the identification of nonconformities and opportunities for improvement for updating the Action Plans of each of the programs, presented through the methodology of the Deming Cycle and conclusions.
