Resumen
The little written production and the lack of correction of it by teachers and parents, has generated an academic gap related to spelling that is not intended to be solved but rather prolonging. We saw this throughout the pedagogical practices when the teachers passed ignore spelling mistakes, without saying that this or that word was misspelled much less explain how certain words are spelled correctly, subtracting the importance to this very important and vital part of our written language, so probably students believed that his writings were well given to the scant warning of his educators. That is why as teachers in training of the Spanish language we propose the creation of a spelling manual accompanied by another text composed of exercises didactic, which aim to strengthen the knowledge acquired through reading of the manual, as one of the possible solutions to this problem in which they are the students of the O.EA District Educational Institution
