Resumen
The current proposal for teacher training is aimed at building an object of study that focuses on university teachers: in this case, teachers of the University Francisco José de Caldas, analyzing the implications this has on an institutional level as access to places of teaching, university quality, implementation and updating of curricula to the implementation of methods that result in the teaching and learning of the entire educational community, ie the application and implementation of models and teaching and learning tools in the classroom, generating practices that are governed institutionally, validating them through of knowledge production, knowledge and speeches. Thus it is the analysis of documentary sources produced within the university using faucultiana archeology from which it follows in turn reflect on daily practice as an intern own in this work.
