Abstract

n this research exercise specifically work with some young people in condition of offenders who have entered the Criminal Responsibility System for Adolescents (PARR) from Bogota, who are deprived of liberty in a care center specialized which are in the process of completing the legal sanction to be assigned or will obtain special permission from the judge to leave the institution to study a technical, technological or professional career. With these young people explore some of its contextual conditions, as their place of origin, institutional contexts which interact before and after the offense, as well as some of its subjective conditions, as the experiences and life paths have been built , which influence the construction of their biographical narratives, realizing perceptions, thoughts, expressions, control and processing practices that have been developed over themselves, ie, their modes of subjectivity, making visible their modes of existence.
