Abstract

When proposing this project, it was determined the need to organize and compile the regulatory information of the municipalities in which the company carries out its economic activity, which are mortgage valuations, for which purpose it was proposed to create and implement a Geographic Information System (GIS), where it is stored by municipality its respective Land Management Plan (POT), and provide the relevant information and necessary at the time of the realization of the appraisals and likewise visualize in a graphic and accessible way where any visor can verify the content of the uses of the land by municipality, thus satisfying the needs presented in the appraisal unit.
