Abstract

This document reflects the application of management theory of reengineering in all aspects of sports clubs in the legal office of the District Institute of Recreation and Sports. This internship job based on the theory explained by theoretical reengineering Michael Hammer and James Champy who explain how to redesign a process to achieve improvements in business performance was developed. an analysis of the situation presented IDRD legal office in the issue related to updating and renewal awards to sports clubs Bogotá was performed. a diagnosis in which shortcomings were found mainly backlog of applications, formats and review of requests User little knowledge of sports clubs on the subject was applied. a design of the new organization of the processes arises seeking to improve the shortcomings aforementioned developing new tools and strategies as new check formats, consulting and training to optimize resources and achieve better results. Finally, it implemented the new design, implementation lasted three months, methods and development of the internship are presented below.
