Resumen
This document reflects the application of management theory of reengineering in all aspects of sports clubs in the legal office of the District Institute of Recreation and Sports.
This internship job based on the theory explained by theoretical reengineering Michael Hammer and James Champy who explain how to redesign a process to achieve improvements in business performance was developed.
an analysis of the situation presented IDRD legal office in the issue related to updating and renewal awards to sports clubs Bogotá was performed.
