Abstract

The purpose of this document is to present the business plan for the creation of a web platform that supports the management and administration of the sports units that a company or company may have, integrating various sports agents in the city of Bogotá. In order to adequately structure the business plan, a model has been created that is based on the canvas methodology. Through this, it is evident that the value proposition is focused on generating the automation and ordering of documentation, structuring and organizing the economic flows of the company that acquires the software and providing an option to generate income through virtuality. Likewise, it is possible to demonstrate the DOFA analysis, in which the strengths and positioning of the proposal against potential competitors have been identified and evaluated. Consequently, a very high feasibility has been obtained in the implementation of the business plan at a financial and market level.
