Resumen
Nowadays it is essential to guarantee customer satisfaction, to be focused on ensuring that their processes have the concept of continuous improvement to boost their efficiency by expanding their competitive advantage in the market, therefore companies are becoming aware of implementing a quality management system, being an ideal way to guarantee a high percentage that the product or service meets the customer's requirements. The following work evidences the proposal to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for Agility S.A.S, a company dedicated to advertising and marketing. An improvement in processes is intended, in order to have greater efficiency, improve the image of the company and greater customer satisfaction. As a starting point, a diagnosis of the current situation of the company was made, where the lack of a Quality Management System was evidenced, it is necessary to carry the documentation of many processes, in addition to the creation and continuous improvementof others. Followed by a PEST analysis that allowed us to identify the requirements and demands of the external environment, we continue with the FODA matrix in order to create strategies for continuous improvement, with the information obtained, the characterization of the processes is finalized, facilitating the description and management of these.
