Sistematización del proceso de solicitud y expedición de certificados de registro civil en las oficinas de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil

Abstract

E-government is the name given to Colombia's e-government strategy, which seeks to build a more efficient, transparent and participatory state thanks to information and communication technologies (TIC). This strategy is part of the Ministry of TIC, where the best online services will be provided to citizens by helping to meet the needs of citizens and contribute to the development of society. Based on the foregoing, this project seeks to issue online Civil Registry certificates for the offices of the Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil of Colombia, through the implementation of a technological tool that helps reduce the application time and delivery of the requested certificate, improving customer service and decongesting the Registries to provide more space for attention to other identification and civil registry procedures.
