Resumen
This paper focuses on the search of questions about the school and its work in complex and dynamic societies like ours, around the culture, the coexistence and their relationship with some normative aspects as the student handbook. In that sense, the IED GUSTAVO RESTREPO school is an appropriate scene for the potencial in its context, to the extend that there converge different social interactions; as the multiculturalism, the subcultures, in a multiple variety of meanings, lenguages and concepts that arewovwn into a set of rules, conflicts and interests that bring us to the representations and imaginary of the students to understand our amazing reality, the prospects and possibilities they have, in a society that seeks to recognize itself and build sufficient basis of respect and recognition of others. Consequently, reflections revolve around culture, scene that allow us to recreate the relationship and the sense of the imaginaries in the school environment, as a social Word that constitutes meanings, symbols, and languages to understand the actions that emerge in the school.
