Training and development of people that make a company has in recent years become a necessity for any organization wishing to stay in the market. This is because each company seeks to offer good and / or service to their customers by providing a differentiator over its competitors and this is achieved, in large part, with the implementation of a strong program of training and development of its employees that enhances the capabilities of each individual as well as implement programs aimed at improving customer satisfaction through internal customer training. This document is intended to design an application for the area of Training and Development of BBVA Colombia in which how to perform management reports of training leading department and thus reduce processing times to be simplified, minimizing errors and quickly generate reliable indicators necessary for evaluation and control of the training activities carried out in the area. To achieve the proposed objective has been initiated to assess the way in which it is currently carrying out the process of generating reports within the area of F & D, starting with check how data collection of different training activities. the different types of training, either in person, online or mixture of the two previous considering that BBVA has implemented programs that use each of these modalities in cases that need attention are evaluated from a theoretical aspect. Besides establishing and identify indicators that are currently used in the area and, if necessary, new indicators to allow more efficient management are created. Identifying the problem it should be focused on improving processes that do not generate added value to the management by the area in which a shortcoming of structure and plausible possibility of improvements in the process becomes apparent. That being said it is important to mention that we focus on reporting by the since it is a recurring process area and that in evaluating such tasks errors that can be corrected and minimize execution time of each process are observed. For the design improvement is important previously set parameters measurement of training and the various programs carried out by F & D. This requires ce inquire about what are the most appropriate indicators for managing the area as the number of participants per session, cost of training activity, average rating, evaluation of the training by the participants etc. In the generation of an application that improves both the form and the time of completion of management reports working in conjunction with the Department of Technology who advises entity and plasma the ideas proposed by the task force in implementing Microsoft Access, which is initially the proposed development given that BBVA has licenses for use in the various units of the entity program. The purpose of this project is to provide the tools to make processes more simply and more effective results than those obtained by performing the process in the traditional way, creating added value for management of the area, achieving focus efforts on tasks of training and development of employees of BBVA Colombia.
