Resumen
The difficulties that children have to learn have been the subject of numerous debates among policy makers, researchers and the community as a whole. The inclusion, in a narrower sense, implies that all children with disabilities should be educated in mainstream classrooms with other children their own age. In this approach the need to change the entire school system stands out. Inclusive education seeks to identify and remove barriers and make reasonable adjustments so that each student can participate and learn in conventional [25] environments.
According to the Constitution of Colombia 1991 and Laws 115 Education 1994 361 1997, 1098, 2006, Decree 366 of 2009, Law 1346 of 2009 and the recently enacted 1618, 2013, children and youth with disabilities are entitled to education in public or private schools regardless of disability they have.
The priority of this project is to see how viable is to make the implementation of new technologies in district schools working in the special education plan for children with cognitive disabilities to regular education.
