Abstract

Since we know, almost any process is productive, misional or strategic he carries some type of environmental impact, be direct or indirect, the repercussions of the products are studied from the extraction of the raw material up to his final disposition(regulation), the residues of some of these products for his different characteristics can cause impacts or adverse effects to the human being or to the environment, these are known as dangerous residues and cannot prepare in an ordinary way, inside them we find devices, goods or products that on having been rejected by the consumers turn into residues posconsumo. In this specific case we centre on the Administrative Special Unit On Direction of Taxes and National Customs (ASU DTNC) since it was mentioned previously it uses instruments, devices and elements that turn into residues posconsumo and to the being a national entity generates great quantity of the above mentioned residues.
