Resumen
The research carried out seeks to establish an organizational learning model that allows studying, analyzing and explaining business knowledge management as the ability to make decisions based on an adequate management of information and knowledge. An important resource for organizations and a constant search is to adequately manage their organizational knowledge and identify to what extent it has contributed to the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives (Gil & Carrillo, 2013). However, in organizations when measuring the learning of the knowledge imparted in the company, only the evaluation of satisfaction is usually taken into account, which prevents knowing to what extent there has been a transfer of the knowledge acquired to the job position and the effectiveness of the performance of the people trained. To carry out the research, different organizational learning and knowledge management models were analyzed to characterize and demonstrate a source to make organizations provide themselves with intelligence, which we will define according to an exploratory approach of the current state of the art such as Knowledge Management. Knowledge Management (GAC), for which the use of an organizational learning system is proposed, based on the design of a knowledge management model, built from the synergistic union of an Organizational Knowledge Need (NCO) and of the Knowledge Management Measurement and Execution Tool (HME).
