Plan de negocio para la digitalización de procesos administrativos de conjuntos residenciales en Bogotá

Abstract

The objective of the project is to present a business plan for the digitalization of administrative processes in residential complexes in Bogotá, using web engineering methodologies and techniques. To structure the business plan, a model was created with the CANVA methodology, in which a platform is proposed for the optimization of management and communication between administrators, owners and tenants of closed residential complexes. In addition, a detailed financial analysis was carried out to evaluate the possible expenses and profits that the project would generate once it starts up. An identification and evaluation of the strengths and threats of the project was also carried out through the PEYEA and DOFA matrices, and the proposal was evaluated against possible competitors, obtaining a high feasibility for its implementation.
