Propuesta metodológica para el procesamiento de datos lidar mobile desde su recolección en terreno hasta su producción cartográfica

Abstract

This document presents a methodological proposal for the management of information collected with LiDAR Mobile equipment. This in order to obtain results that serve as a basis for the management of different types of cartographic, infrastructure, and commercial projects, among others, with lower costs and times than traditional methodologies. This methodology is proposed through the practical sample in the field and office. It outlines good practices for collecting information in the field and its subsequent post-processing, as well as proposing multiple ways to exploit said information, either in GIS or CAD environments, obtaining graphic results, databases, and publications on Web platforms. The practical sample was carried out in the municipality of San Juan de La Vega, located in the department of Cundinamarca, Colombia; where 4.2 km of road corridor were collected, and later, from the post-processing of said information, different graphic results were obtained through the vectorization of electrical supports, road cartography and vertical traffic signals.
