Resumen
In this degree work in the research modality and in the sub-line of pedagogical processes, culture and society, the analysis of the level of psychological well-being is approached, linking the capacity for forgiveness and the level of gratitude, through the application of three psychological scales pretest and posttest framed in the execution of a synchronous virtual workshop. The workshop activities include exercises adapted from cognitive and emotional regulation strategies, such as the ACCRR model by Seligman (2011) which has been applied with the aim of increasing the capacity for forgiveness. The busy heart by Sierra (2013) which aims to manage emotional wounds and an exercise proposed by Bradfor (1992) to work on gratitude, these adapted and integrated experiences in the execution of the workshop tend to increase the level of psychological well-being of the participants.
