Resumen
This report summarizes the activities and results obtained during the internship carried out at S.A.R. Ingeniería Ltda. The main objective of the internship was to verify the accuracy of the digital terrain model of UGA 24 (Sewage Management Unit) obtained through unmanned aerial Lidar data. To achieve this objective, the parameters established by the company for the classification and refinement of the digital terrain model were followed, resulting in a surface that closely resembles the actual terrain. This surface was compared to the calculated GPS positioning points in the study area. Throughout the internship, several specific activities were carried out, including Lidar data filtering and classification, support in calculations and data processing, and assistance in topographic processes. The results obtained demonstrated that the surface generated with Lidar technology has a maximum discrepancy of 0.031 m compared to conventional topography, showing that it meets the accuracy parameters established by the contractor of 0.050m. Overall, this internship has provided valuable experience in the area of unmanned aerial Lidar point clouds and has contributed to the reliability in the use of these technologies.
