Resumen
The company Serviurban S.A.S, dedicated to the execution of landscaping activities, maintenance of green areas and urbanism, develops jobs that involve constant exposure to various risk factors such as handling tools and heavy machinery, contact with chemical and biological agents, inadequate ergonomic conditions and deficiencies in signage, requiring the correct use of personal protective equipment. These conditions increase the likelihood of work accidents and occupational diseases, directly affecting the health of their workers. Although Serviurban has a complete document management system that partially complies with the current legal regulations on occupational risks, in practice there are no good practices and there are significant gaps related to hazard identification, risk assessment and the adoption of corrective and preventive measures, staff turnover, a low culture towards prevention and the lack of systematic training greatly limit the effectiveness of the actions implemented, Therefore, the present work proposes the design and implementation of a program to prevent occupational diseases and strengthen occupational safety, focusing on reducing risk factors in the organization through practical strategies, education and policy-making to promote a culture of prevention. This approach will identify best practices, design specific interventions and propose recommendations, implemented to reduce occupational diseases and risks, improving the well-being of workers, To increase the efficiency of processes and reduce costs in the event of an accident.
